South Jakarta District Court Receives Women's Lawsuit To Ruben Onsu, What's The Problem?

JAKARTA - Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto confirmed that there was information regarding Sarwendah's lawsuit against her husband Ruben Onsu.

Djuyamto said that this lawsuit was not included in the case tracking system page (SIPP) list belonging to the South Jakarta District Court. However, he suspects that there has been payment made for this lawsuit.

"Yes (it is true to file a lawsuit), so after I checked the data company case tracing system, it has not been entered into the system," said Djuyamto at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, May 2.

"But the river bike has been registered through the e court system and payment but the registration has not been inputted to the case tracing system," he continued.

Djuyamto further said that if it was confirmed that this registration file could only be seen tomorrow, Friday, May 3. From there, the data on the identity of the attorney and the case submitted will be known.

"Tomorrow, it is known tomorrow I will inform my friends. Now that, it will not be in a system manner, it will be seen who the legal counsel is, then regarding what the lawsuit will be, we will see in e court later," said Djuyamto.

Finally, Djuyamto confirmed that the defendant was Ruben Onsu who was registered with his full name Ruben Samuel Onsu and was an unnamed woman.

"Yes (the defendant), the real name is Ruben Samuel. Based on the information, from the women's side tomorrow we will see again," he concluded.
