Shakira Admits Delaying Careers To Support Gerard Piqué

JAKARTA - Shakira finally opened up about the end of her relationship with Gerard Piqué, a footballer and his ex-girlfriend for 11 years. They have two children, namely Milan and Sasha until they decided to separate.

This coincided with the news when Shakira found out about Piqué's affair from a bottle of jam. Shakira confirmed the rumors were not true.

The theory began in January 2023, when Shakira released a music video for a new song with Rauw Alejandro entitled Te Felicito. In one of the scenes, Shakira was seen looking at the refrigerator and said 'To find the truth! When I opened the refrigerator and found Rauw Alejandro's head.'

The public started connecting Shakira's interview with the Socialite show. At that time, Shakira told me that there was a jam of strawberries that she liked to eat, but Piqué didn't like it. One day, the jam disappeared and Socialite suspected Shakira knew another woman came to the house and ate her strawberries.

"That's not true," said Shakira, launching The Times.

Furthermore, Shakira admits that in order to support Gerard Piqué, she must delay continuing her career as a singer.

"For a long time, I held my career back, to be beside Gerard so he could play football," recalls Shakira.

"There are many sacrifices for love," he continued.

Shakira and Gerard Piqué officially broke up in June 2022 and they chose to remain silent about the reason for the termination of the relationship. Two months after the statement, Piqué was seen partnering with a new woman named Clara Chia Marti.
