Argylle Movie Review: Layered Twist That Drags Duration

Argylle stars Dallas Howard, Henry Cavill, John Cena, Sam Rockwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Bryan Cranston, Catherine O'Hara, Ariana DeBose, Sofia Boutella, and many others.

Argylle tells the story of Elly Conway (Bryce Dallas Howard), a writer who is popular thanks to her spy series. One day, life is threatened by a herd of people looking for him and trying to take something from him.

Then, Elly felt confused because she was involved in the pursuit of spies. He metUS (Sam Rockwell) who said that Argylle's figure, the fictional character he wrote was in the real world. Elly Conway was forced to escape from her pursuit while she had to finish the next book.

Argylle's film has a layered twist that makes the audience continue to be surprised. The figure of Argylle, played by Henry Cavill, turned out to be a human being, became the initial twist that would take the audience to the next twist-twist.

Not the whodunite type, but this film shared their focus on Elly Conway in several rounds, from her life as a writer to when Elly had to get involved in the pursuit of the spies who wanted something from her.

The figure of Elly Conway, who is described as clueless, seems to be a suitable reaction to the audience. The comedy side involving the character of the catANG also reaps laughter.

The action was well highlighted so that the audience continued to look forward to what surprises happened in every scene.

Because Argylle's film links the spy world and secret agents, viewers have to focus so they don't miss the relationship between conflict with one another.

Unfortunately, the stratified twist continued until the end of the story seemed to buy up the duration of the story. As a result, at first the anticipated story became a place to wait when this pursuit would end.

Despite the duration, the film Argylle has succeeded in presenting entertainment that makes a good impression. Henry Cavill and Dua Lipa's appearance also caught the eye and was worth the wait.
