Squid Game 2, Bridgerton 3, Emily In Paris 4 Will Air This Year

JAKARTA - Netflix has confirmed that some of their hit series will return this year, including Squid Game, Bridgerton, and Emily in Paris. Launching Variety, Squid Game series creator Hwang Dong Hyuk mentioned a number of series that will air this year.

"Looking forward, regardless of the strike that delayed a number of releases, we have a big schedule for 2024," wrote Hwang Dong Hyuk.

A number of series such as The Diplomat, Bridgerton, Squid Game, Empress as well as a number of series without scripts such as Love is Blind, Drive to Survive. Several new series titles such as 3 Body Problems, Griselda, Theriad, and Avatar: The Last Airbender will also be released soon.

Hwang Dong Hyuk has not announced the release date for the second season of Squid Game, but this series is certain to air this year. Previously, they released a list of the latest actors who joined, namely Im Si Wan, Kang Ha Neul, Park Sung Hoon, Yang Dong Geun, Park Gyu Young, Jo Yu Ri, Won Jin An, TOP, Lee Jin Wook, David Lee, Noh Jae Won, and Kang Ae Sim.

Several players from their first season were also re-confirmed, such as Lee Jung Jae, Lee Byung Hun, and Wi Ha Joon.

Squid Game continued to its second season a few months after its release in 2022. The series became popular globally and even entered a number of prestigious awards.

This global phenomenon also makes Netflix hold a Squid Game: The Challenge where participants can participate in competitions such as Squid Game. The series is also being adapted in a game format.

Bridgerton's third season will air on May 14th as Netflix shared last month.

Emily in Paris also continues the story with season four. Recently, Lily Collins uploaded a photo with her script to social media.
