Hope PT Harapan Duta Pertiwi officially listed On IDX With Stock Code HOPE

JAKARTA - PT Harapan Duta Pertiwi Tbk officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through an initial public offering (IPO) on Monday, May 24. The Company released 851,667,000 shares equivalent to 40 percent of the company's issued and paid-up capital after the IPO.

The share offering price is set at IDR 118 per share, so the company will get fresh funds as much as IDR 100,496,706,000 or IDR 100.49 billion. Acting as the underwriters of PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas and PT Yuanta Sekuritas Indonesia.

The plan, the issuer coded HOPE shares will use the funds raised for working capital in the form of purchasing raw materials for the manufacture of parts or carotid motor vehicles, improvement of factory facilities, and supporting such facilities and infrastructure to support activities in the factory.

Supporting such activities include the installation of hoist cranes, repair of the factory floor area with cement and asphalt, the closure of the roof of the factory area that is still open, increased ventilation, and the purchase of production machinery.

In the hope stock listing ceremony, Harapan Duta Pertiwi Tbk President Director Kevin Jong explained that the IPO step will take the company to a new chapter in the carotid industry in Indonesia.

PT Harapan Duta Pertiwi Tbk is engaged in manufacturing carotid with various product lines such as dump trucks, water tanks, crude palm oil (CPO) tanks & fuel oil (BBM), hi-blow tanks, cement mixers, wing boxes, and iron boxes for logistics transporters, trailers for transporting containers, self-loaders for transporting heavy equipment and various other high engineering products.
