AHY Calls Realization Of 5 Priority Programs 2023 Capable Of Exceeding Targets

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) said that five of the ten priority programs promoted by his party in 2023 had exceeded the target of realization.

"There are five programs that exceeded the target, namely the approval document for the substance of the district/city spatial planning detail plan 116.98 percent, the land thematic map and 143.29 percent space, the PTSL 101 percent land parcel map, P4T data and information (control, ownership, use and utilization of land) 100.16 percent and handling 120.32 percent of disputes," AHY said at a Working Meeting (Raker) with Commission II of the DPR RI in Jakarta, Tuesday, June 11.

AHY said, in addition to the five priority programs that exceeded the target, three other programs had been realized according to the plan, namely access reform, 100 percent realization, 100 percent added value zone map and 100 percent realization of customary land data," he said.

Meanwhile, for two programs that have not met the target, namely land redistribution certificates and land rights certificates that are included in the complete systematic land registration program (PTSL).

As a whole, the budget ceiling that was received by his party was IDR 8.07 trillion.

This figure has been realized as much as 97.56 percent and from the budget the institution he leads can contribute to non-tax state revenues (PNBP) of IDR 3.05 trillion, which was originally targeted at only IDR 2.50 trillion.

In the 2024 fiscal year, in accordance with the direction of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), his party focuses on implementing electronic land certificates to make them more massive, revising Government Regulation (PP) Number 18 of 2021 concerning Providing Land Rights to Support the Implementation of Carbon Trading and registering 120 million plots of land through the PTSL program.

"As an implementation of the president's directive regarding PTSL, currently the Ministry of ATR/BPN has succeeded in registering 113.3 million plots of land and 91.7 million plots of land, including having been certified or reaching 94.4 percent of the target of 120 million plots of land," he said.
