Call The Figure Of The Online Judicial Control Team, Bareskrim Polri Will Call The Head Of BP2MI

The Directorate of General Crimes (Dit Tipidum) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police conducted an investigation into the initials T, who was said to be controlling online gambling in Indonesia by the Head of the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency (BP2MI), Benny Rhamdani.

"We are conducting an investigation," said Director of Tipidum Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro in an official statement received by VOI, Sunday, July 28.

In fact, said Brigadier General Djuhandhani, investigators have scheduled a summons to Benny Rhamdani regarding this matter on Monday, July 29, 2024.

"We will summon the Head of BP2MI as a witness tomorrow Monday," he said.

As is known, Head of the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency (BP2MI) Benny Rhamdani said the initials T was suspected of controlling online gambling in Indonesia.

Benny said that the figure of T was a figure whose identity was actually known in general. In fact, Benny claimed that the initials T had been mentioned in a limited meeting with President Jokowi.

"I just need to mention the front initials T, the second one I don't need to mention," said Benny, quoted on Friday, July 26.
