Police: Residents Don't Be Afraid To Report Mass Organizations Forcing THR
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya urges residents to immediately report if there are individuals including community organizations (ormas) who force to ask for holiday allowances (THR). "Immediately report to the nearest Police, Polres and Polsek or through Call Center 110 if there are mass organizations who force to ask for THR Ramadhan or Idul Fitri," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi in a written statement received on Sunday. Polda Metro Jaya will not tolerate if there are mass organizations who are still desperate to ask for THR. "We will take firm action in accordance with applicable laws, of course this is not justified and against the law," he said. Ade Ary explained, the instruction was a directive from the Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Police Karyoto. In this connection, Polda Metro Jaya has coordinated with Polres and Polsek ranks in the jurisdiction of DKI Jakarta and its surroundings.
