Junior High School Students Perpetrators Of Sexual Abuse Of Kindergarten Students On The Edge Of Cipinang River Are Threatened With 15 Years In Prison

JAKARTA - SH, a 14-year-old junior high school student boy, was forced to take responsibility for his obscene actions against a kindergarten student. The 14-year-old boy faces up to 15 years in prison.

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly said the perpetrator of the child was in conflict with the law (ABH) with the initials SH. SH was charged with the article on child protection law violence.

"For now, SH, we impose Article 76 E in conjunction with 82 of Law number 17 of 2016 related to violence against child protection laws with a threat of five to 15 years in prison," said Kombes Nicolas when confirmed, Thursday, January 25.

As is known, the perpetrator with the initials SH was previously officially temporarily detained at the East Jakarta Metro Police. However, because the perpetrator is still a minor, the management will then be directed to the Handayani Cipayung Center, East Jakarta.

"We have handed over the perpetrator to the Cipayung handayani center. We are treated as a law that applies to children who are in conflict with the law," he said.

Kombes Nicolas added that the perpetrator SH was proven to have sexually abused PA on Tuesday, January 23 at around 16.00 WIB. This was revealed by SH during an examination by investigators.

"The information given by the perpetrator and victim to investigators (the perpetrator admitted) is only the first time (to commit obscene acts)," he said.
