Junior High School Student Perpetrator Obscene Kindergarten In Cipinang River Has Become A Suspect, Handed Over To Handayani Cipayung Center

JAKARTA SH (14), a junior high school student who molested a Taman Kanak (TK) student on the edge of the Cipinang River, Ciracas, East Jakarta, has been detained by the East Jakarta Metro Police. However, because the perpetrator was still a minor, SH was entrusted to the Handayani Cipayung Center, East Jakarta.

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly said the perpetrator was a child in conflict with the law (ABH) and had named him a suspect.

"The perpetrator has been handed over to the Handayani Cipayung Center. We will treat it as a law that applies to children who are in conflict with the law," said Kombes Nico to VOI at the East Jakarta Police Headquarters, Wednesday, January 24, evening.

In the sexual abuse by suspect SH, he deliberately called the 6-year-old victim when he saw him playing on the side of the river. The incident occurred on Jalan Bulak Ringin, Cibubir Village, Ciracas, East Jakarta.

"The perpetrator is 14 years old and the victim is 6 years old. The information given by the perpetrator and victim to investigators (the perpetrator admitted) is only the first time (to commit obscene acts)," he said.

Previously, a junior high school student molested a kindergarten boy on the edge of the Cipinang River, Cibubur, Ciracas District, East Jakarta, Wednesday, January 24. The incident was recorded by residents around the location.

"The perpetrator is a resident of Depok, while the victim is a resident of Cibubur. The perpetrator is a 2nd grade junior high school student and the victim is 6 years old," said Head of RT 06/03 Cibubur, Sumarno, to reporters, Wednesday, January 24.

The incident was seen by a pregnant woman from a local resident. The perpetrator has been reprimanded by local residents, but the perpetrator did not heed it.

Residents were forced to video the perpetrator's actions to prove that there was an indecent act against the kindergarten boy.
