80 Percent Of Brawlers In Central Jakarta Positive For Drugs
JAKARTA - Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Komarudin emphasized, as many as 80 percent of brawlers between groups in his area are confirmed to use 3 types of drugs in the form of marijuana, gorilla tobacco to methamphetamine.
"I confirm that the perpetrators of the brawl are also drug users. As many as 80 percent of the perpetrators of the drug positive brawls," Kombes Komarudin told reporters, Friday, September 15.
From the results of the interrogation carried out on the perpetrators of the brawl, the police found the fact that the perpetrators tested positive for narcotics while undergoing a urine test.
"On average, the perpetrators of the brawl were positive for marijuana and gorilla tobacco. The perpetrators of the brawl were dozens of years old but were already affected by drugs," he explained.

The Central Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit managed to uncover various narcotics cases from 66 police reports with a total of 87 suspects during August.
A total of 77 male suspects and 10 female suspects. Evidence of narcotics seized was 4.2 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, 106.8 dried marijuana, 0.5 grams of ecstasy powder and 53.16 grams of gorilla tobacco from 87 suspects.
