Only Kuncoro Wibowo Was Present So The KPK's Reason For Not Detaining The Suspect In The PKH Rice Social Assistance Case
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has not yet detained the former President Director of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) M. Kuncoro Wibowo today, Thursday, September 7. Even though he has been summoned as a suspect in the alleged corruption of social assistance (bansos) for the Family Hope Program (PKH) rice program.Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri's detention failed to be carried out because the other two suspects did not fulfill the investigator's summons. They asked for a reschedule."The other two suspects confirmed that they could not attend because of that they would be recalled," Ali told reporters, Thursday, September 7.Furthermore, investigators said Ali would submit a summons. They will be asked to appear before the anti-corruption commission investigators on Monday, September 18."We remind the suspects to cooperate in fulfilling the summons," he said.Meanwhile, Kuncoro, who is also the former President Director of PT TransJakarta, claims that he did not receive money from the provision of social assistance (bansos) for the Family Hope Program (PKH). “ No, no, not my type. For God's sake, I (received, ed). For God's sake, there's not a penny," Kuncoro told reporters.Kuncoro is sure that he is not involved in this case. "Oh, no, God willing, there will be no (receivers from other people, ed)," he said.Previously, the KPK named six people as suspects in the alleged corruption in the distribution of PKH rice assistance at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). They are the former President Director (Managing Director) of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) Logistics who is also the former President Director of PT Transjakarta, M Kuncoro Wibowo (MKW); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada (PTP) Ivo Wongkaren (IW).Then, the Commercial Director of PT BGR, Budi Susanto (BS); Vice President (VP) Operation of PT BGR, April Chuniawan (AC); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT PTP, Roni Ramdani (RR); and GM PT PTP, Richard Cahyanto (RC). Of that number, three have been detained, namely Ivo, Roni, and Richard.
In this case, the KPK revealed that there was a state loss of up to Rp. 127.5 billion. Meanwhile, Ivo, Richard, and Roni received a profit of Rp. 18.8 billion and investigators will still investigate.
