"The garbage was burned by an unknown person (OTK) and then left. We extinguished it because the smoke was getting thicker," said Head of East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Gatot Sulaeman, to reporters, Friday, September 15.
The cause of the fire being piled up with garbage occurred because of the garbage being left behind. The piles of dry and plastic waste were scattered on the side of the road and were in a dry water channel.
