KUDUS - The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Kudus Regency, Central Java, has prepared a Lebaran homecoming post equipped with 18 beds, kitchens, breastfeeding places, and prayer places. The location of the homecoming post is on Jalan Lingkar Selatan Kudus, in front of the Jati Main Terminal, Kudus Regency. Head of Emergency for BPBD Kudus Ahmad Munaji said the Lebaran homecoming post was a form of synergy with the Kudus Police Integrated Service Post team. The Command Post began to be prepared from today, April 18 to April 24, 2023. In addition, there are free wifi facilities, air filling of motorcycle and car tires, as well as homecoming delivery facilities. "When conditions really need help, we are also ready to take travelers to their homes," he said in Kudus, Antara, Tuesday, April 18. For travelers who are starving, he said, a kitchen is also provided equipped with instant noodles and packaged coffee that can be used for free. In order to serve travelers who cannot be sure when they will arrive, his party is working with the Kudus Disaster Management Volunteer Forum so that the post can operate for 24 hours with three shifts. Homecomers who need health services are also available by the medical team at the Kudus Police Service Post, which is also located close together, so that it can be facilitated for health checks.
