JAKARTA - Some time ago Instagram officially launched the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) feature. Instagram will start using the Polygon blockchain system. Not only announcing this, Meta also said that creators will also be connected to Solana and the Phantom wallet, after previously opening Meta for Coinbase Wallet, Dapper, Meta Mask, Rainbow, and Trust Wallet.

With this feature, creators can create NFTs, create showcases and make sales. Fans can also support their favorite creators by purchasing directly on Instagram.

Oscar hopes that with the size of the NFT ecosystem, it will have good potential for the digital economy of society, especially for content creators. Because NFT technology can help content creators in carrying out copyrights and royalties.

Oscar also argues, Meta may be spearheading the entry of the Web 3.0 era massively because it adopts NFT and the metaverse. "Let's wait together and we can use it in Indonesia," he continued.
