Mother In South Jakarta Who Throws Baby Into Ember For Content, Evacuated To Police Hospital

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro said that the woman with the initials L who threw her baby into a bucket had been observed at Kramat Jati Hospital, East Jakarta. L will carry out an examination for 14 days to conclude his mental condition.

"We will carry out an examination, observe, later from there, the psychiatrist team doctor will conclude what happened to this mother," Bintoro said when confirmed, Thursday, October 19.

Bintoro also said that previously L was investigated at the South Jakarta Metro Police, which indicated a mental disorder.

"Indeed, there are indications that the investigator suddenly cried, suddenly forgot. We are still investigating that, so maybe the person concerned is psychologically shaken or something, we also don't know. What is clear is that his condition is like that," he continued.

On the other hand, regarding the case, Bintoro said that 4 witnesses were examined.

"For the witnesses we have examined, there are four people. We have also examined from her husband, from the head of the local RT, then the friend of LN's mother," he concluded.
