A group of motorcycle gangs attacked a resident of Pondok Aren, South Tangerang, who was waiting for the arrival of the body at the Ciledug-Pondok Aren border, Tangerang.

The Head of Pondok Aren Police, Kompol Endy Mahandika, confirmed the incident. He suspects that the group was wrong on target. Because actually they are looking for other groups.

"It's possible that they think it's an enemy, he's gathering an appointment. And that's not the target (resident waiting for the body). There are residents of Ciledug there, so it's not Pondok Aren's son, that's the limit for Pondok Aren and Ciledug," said Endy, Thursday, June 8.

Endy, has ordered his staff to arrest the gangster group. And as a result, 9 people have been arrested.

"We have arrested 9 people, the others are still being hunted by the police. The perpetrators are mostly mixed with Ciputat children, Kebon Kopi," he concluded.

For information, a viral video on social media shows a group of gangsters suspected of assaulting Pondok Aren residents, South Tangerang.

Based on the information received, the residents were attacked while waiting for the bodies who died in their area.

The gangster was seen carrying sharp weapons. They took turns attacking the innocent residents.
