Commission III DPR Will Oversee Case Of Ministry Of Finance Tax Officer's Son Showing Off Wealth, Allegedly Persecutes A Boy To Coma

JAKARTA - The news of the alleged assault by the alleged perpetrator Mario Dandy Satriyo, the son of an officer at the Directorate General of Treasury (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu), has received the attention of a number of politicians.

One of them, DPR Commission III member Arsul Sani, said he would oversee the legal process in the case against the victim named David.

"Mr. Chief @Poldametrojaya_ please pay attention to this persecution case," said Arsul via his Twitter account, Wednesday 22 February.

Arsul ensured that Commission III of the DPR would follow the development of the case which allegedly involved the son of the Ministry of Finance's DGT official.

He hopes that the National Police Chief, General Listiyo Sigit Prabowo, will instruct his staff to investigate this case and proceed with the law if it is proven that there was a crime involved in the incident.

It is suspected that the abuse that went viral on social media was carried out by the son of the Ministry of Finance's tax official against the victim, David. The injured victims have not regained consciousness until now receiving medical treatment at the hospital.

The abuse allegedly started when David received news from his ex-girlfriend wanting to return borrowed items. The two agreed on a location to meet.

However, at the agreed location David was approached by a black Jeep Rubicon. The victim was then taken to an empty alley.

David was then beaten by two people until he was unconscious. The injured victim was rushed to the Medika Hospital and is currently still receiving intensive care because he is in a coma.

On social media, apart from the viral case of alleged abuse, the behavior of the alleged perpetrator who often shows off his wealth is also being discussed by many netizens.

There were videos and photos of the alleged perpetrator driving a luxury car and riding a number of motorbike brands showing off wheelie tricks on the highway.
