Affected By Air Pollution, Nana Mirdad's Skin Health Decreases
JAKARTA - Air pollution is now being discussed by the Indonesian people. Based on the IQAir air quality monitoring site on Tuesday, September 19 at 10.03 WIB, Jakarta was ranked first with the worst air quality in the world.
Of course, this has side effects on various things, one of which is in terms of health as felt by actress Nana Mirdad. Domiciled in Bali and having to work in Jakarta makes her feel extraordinary differences related to air pollution.
"Actually, unfortunately, the virus is sometimes something that we really can't do, we have taken care of our health, what kind of health is it, if we are exposed, we are exposed, especially the pollution conditions in Jakarta, now I really feel it when I'm in Jakarta, it's not good right away, I'm running out, maybe because I don't live here, so I feel more sensitive, so that's it," said Nana Mirdad in Kuningan, South Jakarta, Tuesday, September 19.
Even this also affects the health of his skin. He admitted that air pollution also has an effect that is felt on the health of the skin because when the condition of the body decreases, it can affect the water level in our body which can also decrease.

"Yes, it's hard because the skin doesn't only affect here, but at the same time our condition automatically drops the water levels in our bodies and drop, especially since this situation continues to be pollution like this, I think the impact is huge, but what we can do is things that are still under our control, namely maintaining our body condition, maintaining our immune system," he continued.
Therefore, Nana suggested trying to balance it with a healthy lifestyle. Because for mothers of 2 children to maintain the health of the body and skin must start from within, outside, even our minds.
"That especially has to be balanced, so in my opinion, it's not only what we can do with one side of the skin, so it must be from the inside, from the outside, from the right side of the mind, it's really cloudy," he said.
