Garut Police Comb School Ordered Brong Motorcycle Exhaust
Garut Resort Police personnel, West Java, combed the equivalent high school level to control motorcycles belonging to students with noisy exhausts or Brong exhausts.
"To schools, because many students use 'brong' exhaust motorbikes," said Head of the Public Relations Section of the Garut Police, Ipda Susilo Adi, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 14.
Police Chief AKBP Rohman Yonky Dilatha instructed the ranks, including the Polsek level to carry out routine operations to control noisy exhausts in their respective jurisdictions.
Including a noisy exhaust control operation carried out by visiting the school to check the exhausts of all motorcycle vehicles belonging to students in Garut, the results of which in one day have been confiscated by hundreds of noisy exhausts.
"In total today, there are hundreds of 'brong' exhausts," he said.
The police not only took firm action, but tried to educate and socialize the prohibition of using noisy exhausts, and the impact on the community.
"We continue to give appeals to students, even though this has been a long time ago," he said.

Meanwhile, Malangbong Police Chief AKP Zaenuri said his members were ordered to check the exhaust of motorbikes belonging to students in the school environment, as well as on the highway.
The operation to control the noisy exhaust, he said, was carried out at SMA Negeri 9 Garut and SMK Negeri 7 Garut, besides that the operation was carried out at the intersection of three Malangbongs, all of which were caught by 39 noisy exhausts.
"The Malangbong Police have arrested 39 units of two-wheeled vehicles that use noisy exhausts and are not equipped with valid documents or documents for driving," he said.
