Following In Mother's Footsteps, Marcella Zalianty's Child Is Starting To Be Interested In The Film World

JAKARTA - Marcella Zalianty revealed the development of her son who is now a teenager, Kana Mahatma Soeprapto (12), along with his younger brother, Ayrton Magali Sastra Soeprapto (10).

The second son, Ayrton is said to have a hobby like his father, Ananda Mikola. However, Kana seems to have an interest in art.

"My child is younger, his passion and his hobby is more towards his father. But my big son seems to prefer art," said Marcella Zalianty when met at Senayan, Central Jakarta on Tuesday, August 8.

Marcella Zalianty also told how Kana looked enthusiastic when she was invited to the shooting location. He even said that his son already understood some of the terms that the director often used when filming.

When he was invited to the shooting location, he had a chance to sit down to see the monitor with the director. He really wanted to study directing, he already knew (some terms) such as cut, action, and so on," said Marcella Zalianty.

Marcella said that his eldest son also looked happy when he joined him in a film class. In fact, Kana is said to have become an extra in his latest series, Virgin Mom 2.

"He's really happy, and I've also made all kinds of film classes, he's happy to follow," said Marcella Zalianty.

"When filming for Virgin Mom 2, there was a scene like shopping, someone passed by, (the camera) caught my son passing through the frame," he continued.

Furthermore, Marcella Zalianty called her two children the biggest supporters in her acting career. Like she supports her children one hundred percent, Marcella also feels that she has the full support of her children.

I can say that they are my biggest supporters. So, they know their mother is working, their mother loves their world and they are here. They support because they also always feel that I also support a hundred percent whatever they do," said Marcella Zalianty.
