Samarinda Kejari Destroys Barbuk 83 Cases, Most Narcotics Cases
The Samarinda District Attorney's Office (Kejari) destroyed 83 items of evidence (barbuk) in the form of narcotics and illegal drugs (drugs) and looted goods.
"All the evidence destroyed today has obtained permanent legal force (inkrah). The site of destruction is in the Samarinda Kejari yard," said Samarinda District Attorney's Intelligence Office Head Erfandy Rusdy Quiliem in Samarinda, East Kalimantan (Kaltim), Wednesday, August 2, confiscated by Antara.
The evidence comes from 83 cases with details of 45 narcotics cases, 9 state security cases and public order as well as other general crimes, 27 cases of people and property (oharda), and 2 special criminal cases.
The details of the evidence and looted goods destroyed were 156 packages of crystal methamphetamine, 8 ecstasy, 1 package of marijuana, 5 tablespoons, 4 digital scales, 12 plastic clips, and 6 units of gambling equipment.

There are also 15 sharp weapons, 3 threads, 25 sheets of clothing and pants, 4,730 pieces of cosmetics without distribution permit, 63 units of electronics, 97 illegal drugs, 784 packs of illegal cigarettes, 84 bottles of liquor, and 67 other goods.
The evidence in the form of narcotics, including methamphetamine, marijuana, and others that were destroyed, he said, were left over from the forensic laboratory and had obtained permanent legal force.
"This activity is a routine matter of the Samarinda District Attorney's Office as a follow-up to the prosecutor's duties as the executor (implementation of the court's decision) in order to complete the handling of the case," said Erfandy.
