David Ozora's Father Dismantles Mario Dandy's Chat, Shane Lukas And AG At The Police Station: 'Take Care Of It, Father Will Take Care Of It'
JAKARTA - David Ozora's father, Jonathan Latumahina, exposed the conversation between the defendants Mario Dandy Satriyo, Shane Lukas and AG when they were detained at the Pesanggrahan Police.
He said that the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo had boasted that the case of mistreatment of David Ozora that he had committed could be resolved by his father, Rafael Alun Trisambodo.
It started when Jonathan said he received information from witness Rudy Setiawan and witness Natalia Puspitasari about the conversation between the three defendants while at the police station.
"Where is the conversation?" asked Chief Justice Alimin Ribut Sujono during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, June 13.
"Chat at the Polsek," said Jonathan.
"Did you get information from?" asked the judge emphasizing.
"From witnesses," said Jonathan.
"Who is this witness?" said the judge.
"Pak Rudy and Mrs. Natalia," said Jonathan.
Hearing this statement, Judge Alimin began to dig up Jonathan's statement about Mario's content with the other two defendants.
Jonathan said if Mario asked Shane and AG to remain calm. Because, all the problems they face will be resolved by their father, Rafael Alun Trisambodo, who was then a tax official
"What was conveyed?" asked Judge Alimin.
"Just wait, you won't get hit," said Dandy, 'You won't get hit', the Agnes and the Shane. 'Later take care of it with you, I'll only be two years and eight months', that's it," said Jonathan.
"From there I thought this was something wrong, my son is a victim," said Jonathan.

In this case, Mario Dandy was charged with committing serious abuse. He was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or to 2 Article 76 C junto Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, Shane Lukas is suspected of being a subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 2 junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the second primary Criminal Code with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code junto 56 to 2 of the Criminal Code.
