Metrodata Announces The Achievement Of Three Digits After The Cooperation Agreement With AWS

JAKARTA - PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (Metrodata), an information and communication technology (ICT) company on Wednesday, June 7 announced the achievement of its Amazon Web Services (AWS) business growth of up to 257 percent since the signing of the Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) in October 2021.

In the last sixteen months, Metrodata has assisted more than 60 organizations in Indonesia engaged in financial services, manufacturing, distribution, retail, public services, and non-profit industries to transform digitally using AWS.

To meet the increasing demand for customers for cloud services, Metrodata provides the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) in collaboration with AWS experts to assist customers in Indonesia in accelerating their transition using AWS Cloud.

This collaboration is expected to encourage the creation of innovation, increase productivity, optimize spending, and develop their business.

In May 2023, as part of a strategic cooperation agreement with AWS, Metrodata succeeded in achieving its latest achievement, becoming the first system integrator company in Indonesia to receive an AWS Migration Competency.

The AWS Competency Program validates and promotes AWS Partners who have demonstrated AWS' technical expertise and proven customer success.

On the other hand,zen Gilbertson, Sales Lead Partner, ASEAN, AWS added that the strategic cooperation agreement with AWS spurs Metrodata growth and continues to help customers adopt cloud services by using world-class infrastructure from AWS, including AWS Jakarta Region.

Finally, through a strategic cooperation agreement with AWS, Metrodata also targets to achieve the competence of additional solutions in 2023 by serving more than 100 AWS customers in Indonesia and targeting AWS' business value above USD 10 million in 2023.
