Pacitan Firefighters Evacuate King Cobra From Residents' Houses
PACITAN - The Pacitan Regency Fire Department, East Java, evacuated a kingCobra (Ophiophagus hannah) venomous snake from the house of a resident in Sukoharjo Village, Pacitan District.

The venomous snake with a length of about 3.5 meters and a body circumference the size of an adult male arm is thought to have come from the rice fields.

"The third case of King Cobra snakes entering this residential area in the past month," he said.
The first case was reported in the Mentoro area, Sirnoboyo, and finally in Sukoharjo Village, Pacitan District.
"If it's another type of snake, it's more than 10 times but it's not dangerous," he said.
