Encouraging Better Business and ROI, Meta Focus on Three Priority Areas Throughout 2023
JAKARTA - The community on Meta has continued to grow for 20 years to reach 3 billion people around the world who use at least one of the Meta applications every day, and 3.8 billion every month.
As part of the #MeetudiMeta campaign, throughout 2023, Meta will focus on three priority areas to help business growth in Indonesia, namely the growth of Video especially Reels, the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for business, and building closer meetings through Business Messaging or Business Messaging.
“Our three focuses this year; Reels, AI, and Business Messaging, have become an important part of the growth of our community on Meta which has reached 3 billion people in the world, which has ultimately driven more than 200 million businesses of all sizes in the world to rely on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to build a business. them,” said Pieter Lydian, Country Director for Meta in Indonesia in a statement received in Jakarta.
Talking about content, Meta says that Reels is the type of content that the community is most interested in above the Meta platforms.
Reels are also the fastest-growing format in Asia Pacific, including Indonesia.
On the other hand, the growth of Reels is inseparable from the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide personal experiences for people.
AI technology has also helped people to view Reels videos that are more personalized and according to their preferences. This personalization technology from AI drives people's time consuming on Reels content on Instagram by 24 percent.
One of the breakthroughs made by Meta to help businesses is by launching the Meta Advantage Suite in 2022, a collection of products that can simplify the steps of the ad creation process and connect advertisers or businesses with the right creative assets and the right audience, as well as in also the right time.
Earlier this week, Meta just provided more in-depth information on how to use AI to improve ad performance for businesses, including how to show an AI Sandbox view for the first time to test AI capabilities for advertisers.
“In essence, actually business people on the Meta platform have used at least one product offered by Meta Advantage. This means that there are already millions of business people who have been assisted by AI technology to achieve their business targets," continued Pieter.
