Release Of Ciliwung Normalization Land In Rawajati Has Not Been Implemented, Acting Governor Of DKI Detects Its Obstacles
JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Heru Budi Hartono inspected the location affected by the normalization of the Ciliwung River in Rawajati Village, Pancoran, South Jakarta. the land acquired in Rawajati is about 1 kilometer long.
Meanwhile, based on data from BBWSCC, for the process of normalizing the Ciliwung River in Rawajati, a 500-meter-long sheet pile (usually called sheet pile/tanggul) has been carried out.
Even though it has been budgeted, land acquisition in this area cannot be carried out. Apparently, there were several land certificates belonging to the missing residents.
"Today we are seeing the development of the Ciliwung River normalization project. Indeed, there are several points that still have problems, the first is the citizen's land certificate is missing. This is being processed by the South Jakarta City Administration Land Office. As long as a certificate is missing from the Police, hopefully it can be processed as soon as possible," said Heru at the location, Monday, May 8.
Heru revealed, there are 12 land recognition certificates belonging to local residents for uncertified land that have been lost. As is known, in improving the quality of land property rights for someone, land SPHs are needed before being ratified into official land certificates.
"In addition, there are other problems found, namely the area of land listed in the land and building tax certificate (PBB) is not the same as the reality in the field, where the area in the field is bigger. Hopefully all the problems found can be resolved in the near future," said Heru.
