JAKARTA - France is mourning. A high school student stabs a teacher to death at a school in the French city of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

French government spokesman Olivier Véran confirmed the attack which took place on Wednesday 22 February. He said the perpetrator was 16 years old.

The police immediately came to the Saint-Thomas d'Aquin school with the local prosecutor. A moment later, the student was arrested as reported by the BBC.
