Former OVO Employee Suspected Of Children Abuse At Signature Park Apartment Officially Detained At South Jakarta Police
JAKARTA - After a long legal process, RIS, a former OVO employee suspected of domestic violence (KDRT) at the Signature Park Apartment, Tebet, South Jakarta, is officially detained at the Metro Police, South Jakarta. South Jakarta Metro Police Public Relations Head AKP Nurma Dewi confirmed the news.
"Yes, it's true (RIS) has been detained," said Nurma when confirmed, Monday, January 23.
Meanwhile, when contacted separately by RIS' attorney, Hendri Kurnia confirmed that his client had been detained. He said RIS had been detained since Saturday, January 21.
"Yes, he has been detained since Saturday (January 21) afternoon," he said.
However, Hendri ensured that his party would submit a suspension for his client. He also hopes that the RIS case file process will be completed more quickly, so that it can be tried by the South Jakarta District Court.

"I will definitely apply for a suspension of detention, because Mr. Indra is still providing for his children, and hopefully the police and the prosecutor's office will immediately transfer the case files to the court, so that the trial related to this case can begin immediately," he concluded.
The South Jakarta Metro Police named Raden Indrajana Sofiandi (RIS) as a suspect in the domestic violence case last Friday, January 6. RIS has abused his two biological children KR and KA at the Signature Park Apartment, Tebet. The persecution carried out by RIS went viral on social media.
The articles suspected against RIS are Article 76C Jo 80 Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection Jo 44 Law Number 23 of 2004 and Jo Article 335 of the Criminal Code concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence.
