Assertive! Acting Regent Lanny Jaya Ensures 62 ASN Prepared to Help Local Government
PAPUA - The Lanny Jaya Regency Government, Papua Province, has prepared 62 local state civil servants (ASN) to fill the shortage of employees and assist the Acting Governor of Papua Mountains in running the government.
The Acting Regent of Lanny Jaya Petrus Wakerkwa ensured that the ASN prepared were not entrusted to employees who had close relations with regional leaders in Papua.
"The 62 that we send are systemic. There is no one to leave it to us", he said in Wamena, Antara, Sunday, September 11.
Because the ASN is selected selectively, their careers will definitely get better and that is what the Lanny Jaya Government hopes.
"If he is entrusted, then the employee himself will be the victim, it will be difficult to get promoted", he said.
The Lanny Jaya Regency Government ensured that after the employees moved to the province, their status in the district would be removed. The former Secretary of Regional Secretary Lanny Jaya confirmed that it was an effort by the local government so that one ASN would not receive a salary from two different districts or governments.
VOIR éGALEMENT:
"If it's not selective, others can trick the government. So receiving salaries in the provinces, and the districts will also continue. Maybe even incentives. This could be a waste of time in the provinces and districts, so I said our mutations will be systemized", he said.
