Pakuwon, Kota Kasablanka And Gandaria City Developer, Owned By Conglomerate Alexander Tedja, Wants To Distribute Dividends, Here's The Schedule!
JAKARTA - Property developer belonging to conglomerate Alexander Tedja, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) will distribute dividends worth a total of IDR 193 billion, equivalent to 14 percent of the 2021 net profit of IDR 1.3 trillion. This is in accordance with the decision of the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) for the developers of Kota Kasablanka and Gandaria City on July 5, 2022.
Director and Corporate Secretary of Pakuwon Jati Minarto Basuki had said, the dividend value was equivalent to IDR 4 per share and the dividend distribution illustrates the company's commitment to shareholders and is momentum for economic revival due to COVID-19. In addition to approving the distribution of dividends, shareholders agreed to fund IDR 1 billion for reserve funds.
"While the rest, the company will reinvest to strengthen the company's recurring revenue growth base and development," Minarto explained in an official statement, quoted Wednesday, July 13.
