How To Disable Autocorrect Features On Gboard Apps

JAKARTA Gboard, a virtual keyboard made by Google, has the option to enable and disable autocorrect. This feature is usually available on various types of virtual keyboards to fix incorrect text.

With this feature, Gboard can realize if the user makes a typos or spelling error and fix it to text that is considered correct. Autocorrect usually adjusts text replacement to words that users often use.

This can be a problem for some users who want to change their writing or want to write something in a different style of language. For example, you want to write English, but the keyboard reads it as Indonesian.

This error may make you want to turn off autocorrect. Deactivating this feature is not difficult because you only need to open the keyboard as usual, but the keyboard used must be Gboard to make it easier to stop features.

First, open the phone settings, tap the System menu, then click the Keyboard menu. After that, tap the Screen Ketik Board and select the Gboard app. If the virtual keyboard has been used, open any application until the keyboard window appears.

You must click and hold the comma sign until the settings icon appears, then click the icon and select the Text Corrections menu. After that, scroll the screen to search for the Correction button and click the toggle button next to the Autocorrect option.

If you want to use this feature, you can perform the same stage and click the Autocorrect button until it is active. Features usually support fast and formal typing, in accordance with the Autocorrect language chosen.
