Kaspersky's Solution Named Product Of The Year By AV-Comparatives

JAKARTA - Kaspersky Standard, one of the latest solutions of global cybersecurity firm Kaspersky was named Product of the Year by AV-Comparatives, a leading independent testing agency.

Of the 16 security solutions of different vendors, Kaspersky Standard managed to receive the highest score in tests conducted by AV-Comparatives, including the ability to protect customers from real threats on the Internet, identify thousands of the latest malicious programs, protect them from advanced targeted attacks (Continued Threat Protection Test), and provide protection without slowing down the device while denying false positive potentials.

In addition, Kaspersky received five awards in various categories for its product performance in testing and became the only cybersecurity vendor with the number of awards in 2023.

The awards obtained were: Real World Protection 2023 (Silver); Malware Protection 2023 (Silver); ATP Consumer 2023 (Silver), Advanced Threat Protection (Silver) 2023; Best Complete Speed 2023 (BEAR); and Smallest Fake Positive 2023 (BEAR).

Kaspersky has participated in the AV-Comparatives testing for more than 20 years, and is a leader among other vendors in terms of total (57) awards in the Golden, Silver, and Bronze categories.
