JAKARTA CATCHPLAY +, a streamingcontent platform from Taiwan, is officially working with XL Axiata. This partnership was inaugurated through the signing of the contract on Wednesday, December 13.

The inauguration was attended by Country Manager CATCHPLAY + Indonesia Dhini W. Prayogo and Head of Marketing (CMO) XL Axiata, Alfons Eric Bosch Sansa. Both represent the company to sign the agreement.

Dhini welcomed this collaboration. Although CATCHPLAY+ has been a partner of XL Axiata Group through the Fiber To The Home (FTTH) platform, this is the first time CATCHPLAY+ has collaborated with all providersXL, namely XL Priority, XL Prepaid, and Axis.

Through this collaboration, Dhini believes that they can attract more users next year. The hope is that this partnership will be able to benefit two parties at once, namely XL Axiata and CATCHPLAY+.

"We believe that by working with XL Axiata Group, with three platforms from cellular or communication providers, we believe that the premium shows CATCHPLAY can be enjoyed with very, very good quality," said Dhini.

Meanwhile, Alfons believes that streamingcontent platforms will thrive. Seeing this potential, XL Axiata wants to help CATCHPLAY+ in pursuing growth and providing a better streaming experience to customers.

We believe that next year's premium streaming content will grow very quickly and significantly. Through this partnership, we believe we will help CATCHPLAY and XL jointly achieve this growth potential," said Alfons.

To celebrate this collaboration, Alfons announced that XL Axiata will provide cheaper CATCHPLAY+ access for customers of all XL Axiata customers, starting from XL Priority, XL Prepaid, and Axis.

All of these providers can access CATCHPLAY+ Lite services at a price of IDR 4,100 for 7 days and IDR 11,800 with access to 30 days. Each of these promos will be given 2GB and 5GB quotas. All of these promos only apply in Indonesia.

From this promo, XL Axiata said that they want to prioritize the happiness of the customers regardless of the benefits. After all, XL wants to provide the best service for users.

"For the target advantage, it is certain that it is for the benefit of our subscribers. Also for the future, so that we can serve better and better," said Head of the XL Axiata Digital Partnership, Julius Goenawan.

Julius also emphasized that this collaboration will prioritize useful entertainment. That is, even though XL Axiata and CATCHPLAY + prioritize access to richer content, they still want to have a value that is beneficial for customers.
