Ministry Of ATR/BPN Issues 3.1 Million Certipikates To Be Electronicly Resistant

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) has succeeded in issuing 3.1 million pieces of electronic land since its launch in December 2023 during the Joko Widodo (Jokowi) administration era.

Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid said that after a year, the enthusiasm of the community was quite high to get this type of electronic soil certificate.

"Electronic certificates have also been issued as many as 3,192,600 pieces in 2024," he said in the media gathering at the office of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Jakarta, Tuesday, December 31.

Currently, continued Nusron, all Land Offices in Indonesia have served the manufacture of electronic certificates.

Each land registration is carried out, be it registration for the first time or other land transactions, the products issued will be in the form of electronic silicates.

Furthermore, he said, electronic certificates can increase security and legal certainty by reducing the risk of damage, loss, or falsification of certificate documents.

"This digital system also makes it easier to access ownership data online so as to support efficiency in land administration and transactions," he said.

With electronic certificates, continued Nusron, land owners can manage their assets more safely, practically, and modernly. He also appealed to the public to immediately convert their analog certificates into Electronic Certipikates.

"Use Electronic Land Certificates, especially for those that have been registered," he said.
