SALesforce, an entrepreneurial software development company, has launched a generating artificial intelligence (AI) tool called Einstein Copilot. This tool will be available across its suite of applications, ranging from Slack instant messaging services to Tableau data visualization tools, and can be adjusted by its clients according to their needs.

Einstein Copilot can be used to summarize video calls, provide personalized answers to customer questions, and generate emails for marketing campaigns, as well as many other functions.

Salesforce states that this assistant can leverage customer and company data available in its Cloud Data to generate appropriate responses. Users can also embed this assistant on their website or integrate it with messaging platforms such as Meta Platform's Slack and WhatsApp.

Einstein Copilot uses a generative AI approach similar to a virtual assistant. It can set reminders, schedule meetings, and create content according to user demand. Along with the launch of the Einstein GPT genAI product in March, Salesforce has also doubled venture capital funding for the generative AI startup to $500 million in June.

The company led by Marc Benioff is one of a number of technology companies that want to take advantage of the increasing popularity of generative AI, especially since OpenAI's ChatGPT went viral last year. With Einstein Copilot, Salesforce aims to help businesses increase their productivity and provide better service to their customers.
