JAKARTA - The Snap Inc. company, has finally launched a dark mode support for Snapchat on Android, without having to subscribe to Snapchat+ monthly which is priced at 3.99 US dollars or equivalent to Rp. 60 thousand.

Found by a developer @imaashish_ on the platform X via 9to5google, now Snapchat's dark mode option is now available for free for all Android users.

"The maturity period is provided by Snapchat, the dark mode gets the official launch on Android (without premium)," wrote @imaashish_, including the screenshot.

The company finally confirmed to TechCrunch on Tuesday, August 8, that the news was true. So, Android users now don't need to spend any more money just to implement dark mode.
