JAKARTA - Two Indonesian racers Fahmi Basam and Riky Ibrahim took the podium in the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) Underbone 150cc class which took place at the Mandalika Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara, Saturday, July 27.

Fahmi, a Yamaha LFN HP969 racer, who started the race from the top 10 grid, managed to beat Malaysia's MD Akid Azis who finished second, while Indonesian racer Riky Ibrahim finished third.

On the 4.3 kilometer Mandalika Circuit track with 17 bends in eight rounds, Fahmi managed to record a total of 15 minutes 38,283 seconds and second order Akid recorded a time of 15 minutes 38,356 seconds, while Riky Ibrahim was 15 minutes 38,642 seconds.

The competition between racers is quite tight, where Indonesian racers Aldiaz and Dimas, had led the race, but on the final lap Aldiaz from NTB had to settle for finishing in the top 10.

The racers came from Australia, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Yemen.
