PT GSI Berkelit, Tak Akui Kesalahan Pemilihan Lagu Anang-Ashanty Saat Tampil Di Laga Timnas Indonesia

JAKARTA - Anang and Ashanty are currently warming up among the supporters of the Indonesian national team. His appearance after the Indonesia vs Philippine match at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, June 11, 2024, was considered to have damaged the moment.

Their video of them singing to fill the event when the game was over has gone viral on social media. Anang-Ashanty is considered to have damaged the sacred moments of the Indonesian national team and supporters.

As is known, the Indonesian national team and supporters have rituals after the match. The players usually make a circle in the middle of the field and sing the song Tanah Airku or Indonesia Pusaka with supporters.

However, Anang-Ashanty's presence damaged the ritual. The selection of Kebyar Kebyar and Rindu's song This is not appropriate. As a result, Anang-Ashanty had to stop his appearance because he received cheers from supporters.

The organizing committee or the Anang-Ashanty inviteant was questioned by supporters. It was later discovered that the two singers were present at the initiation of PT Garuda Sepak Bola Indonesia (GSI) as the person in charge.

This was confirmed by the upload of the Managing Director of PT GSI, Marshal Masita.

"At the end of the match there will be singers, there will also be shows for both matches," wrote a statement in the photo of Marshal circulating earlier.

However, PT GSI dodged and did not admit the wrong choice of the song for their part.

Marshal Masita said that his party was not the organizing committee for the agenda. Regarding the songs performed by Anang and Ashanty which were deemed inappropriate, he revealed that the points were released to the performers.

"We are not the Panpel (for the match between the Indonesian national team vs the Philippines). The song (which was performed after the national anthem) was released to them (the event participants) to vote," said Marshal Masita when contacted by VOI.id on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.

The statement was clearly not in line with Anang-Ashanty's clarification on his personal Instagram.

The couple revealed that the selection of the song was indeed released by PT GSI. However, there is no specific direction from PT GSI.

In fact, the rituals of the Indonesian national team and supporters are no secret. The person in charge of Anang-Ashanty's appearance should have informed him about the 'cultural' in Indonesian national team parties so that the performers can be accepted.
