Arsenal Knocked Out, Joshua Kimmich's Goal Brings Bayern Munich To Semifinals

Bayern had to struggle to qualify for the Champions League semifinals. In the second quarter-final duel at the Allianz Arena Stadium, Thursday, April 18, 2024 in the morning WIB, Bayern won 1-0 through Joshua Kimmich's goal.

One goal victory was enough to bring Bayern to the semifinals. The result made Bayern 3-2 on aggregate. The reason is that in the first match, they drew 2-2 against Arsenal.

The success of advancing to the semifinals opens up opportunities for Bayern to close the competition by winning trophies.

Because Bayern has failed completely in domestic competition. Thomas Tuchel's team failed to defend the German Bundesliga title which was won by Bayer Levekusen.
