Tottenham Experienced First Defeat This Season, Falling From Chelsea 1-4

JAKARTA - Tottenham Hotspurs have finally lost their unbeaten record this season in the Premier League. Chelsea's 1-4 defeat at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, made the perfect shop tarnished. This match also gave rise to an intermediate chaos with five goals, five goals being disallowed, and two red cards in the London derby which will be a memory.

Chaos hit north London, when Chelsea finally beat Tottenham in an incredible match that ended Ange Postecoglou's unbeaten record as Premier League manager.

The 4-1 score may look normal, but with five goals disallowed, two red cards and a match taking place as the third-longest of the season (111 minutes, 19 seconds), this is something abnormal.

Tottenham needed a win to return to the top of the Premier League standings, and they started very well. Since the first game of the Postecoglou team, they have been attacking continuously with the aim of scoring. They did so since the first whistle. Finally it took them only 321 seconds to take the lead through Dejan Kulusevski's shot, even with a lucky bang through Levi Colwill and giving a chance for Robert S04chez who didn't have a chance on the Chelsea goal.

After Sterling's goal which was disallowed due to offside, Moisés Caicedo was not given his first goal for Chelsea after a good long-range shot with Nicolas Jackson blocked Guglielmo Vicario's view from an offside position, but VAR re-emerged to review Cristian Romero's hard foul on fellow Argentine player Enzo Fernmendez, in an event before Caicedo's goal.

Romero was sent off, and Chelsea were awarded a penalty. Cole Palmer converted his penalty well in this match.

The game got worse for Tottenham before the first half ended, their two key players for 10 unbeaten games in the Premier League season were withdrawn with injuries within 12 seconds. Micky van de Ven suffered a hamstring injury, and James Maddison also came out with injuries.

The whistle of the first half finally rang after 56 minutes and 26 seconds, where just over half of it (23 minutes, 21 seconds) of the ball was in the game.

After changing players Dejan Kulusevski and Pape Matar Sarr in the 60th minute, Spurs only have four players from their starting XI on the pitch. Vicario, Son, Bissouma, and Pedro Porro.

It may have only lost to the famous Battle of the Bridge match in May 2016, where Mark Klattenburg shared a record of 12 yellow cards and strangely nothing was issued, even after the final whistle sounded. This match may be the second iconic match.
