JAKARTA - Eintracht Frankfurt won the 2021/2022 Europa League. This German Bundesliga club became champions after winning on penalties against Rangers in the final, Thursday, May 19, early morning of GMT+7 (Indonesian Time).

They became the first German club to win the Europa League (formerly the UEFA Cup) since the 1996/1997 season. At that time, Schalke 04 became the last German club to win.
