JAKARTA - In order to expand services for four-wheeled truck vehicles, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian (KTB) officially opened branches to serve special product chassis and cabin repairs from Mitsubishi Fuso.

This is a cabin repair service and chassis for the first truck in Indonesia. "Cabin & Chassis Repair" is available at the PT Bumen Redja Abadi Cikupa distributor, Tangerang,

Wirjo Basuki, as the Department Head of Body & Paint of PT Bumen Redja Abadi, said that the purpose of opening the "Cabin & Chassis Repair" was because there were not many networks of truck dealers that provided similar services in Indonesia.

Therefore, the dealers' network opens services for repairing chassis and cabins for its first truck. What's more, the existing truck repairs are carried out traditionally. Meanwhile, trucks in Indonesia have evolved to be stronger so that special tools from this service are needed.

"Incidentally, in Indonesia, truck repairs are still traditional, (even though) the chassis is 1.8 milliliters thick. So, it cannot be repaired traditionally and requires special equipment," said Wirjo, quoted from ANTARA, Monday, August 28.

In addition to cabin repairs and chassis on trucks, the "Cabin & Chassis Repair" service also provides official spare parts and repainting. The service is equipped with facilities that comply with Mitsubishi Fuso standards in Indonesia with the modern equipment that has been provided.

The service can serve truck repairs up to 20 units of vehicles per month. Reducing consumer concern, this service employs specially certified technicians. Thus, technicians have the capability to repair the cabin and chassis of the truck.

The service consists of 2 stalls of cooking chassis units, 2 stalls of putty, 1 stall pole, 1 stall reassembling, and 1 stall masking. All of these services serve as One Stop Service Solution for vehicle maintenance and repair offered by Mitsubishi Fuso.

In addition, this service has provided a system that prioritizes environmentally friendly interests, namely "Eco Booth Technology". The technology presented does not use diesel fuel, uses energy-efficient lights, as well as the process of repairing and painting carried out to reduce the use of emissions.

If consumers want to experience this service, they can visit Jl. Raya Serang Km 13, Bitung Jaya, Cikupa, Tangerang, which operates from Monday to Friday at 08:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. and Saturday at 08:00 p.m. to 15:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, repair costs on the "Cabin & Chassis Repair" service are in the range of between Rp. 20 million to Rp. 50 million, depending on how severe vehicle damage is.
