According to Anwar, the distribution of drugs there is very free. Each block contains rooms that sell or manufacture drugs. The prisoner calls the room a pharmacy. The dispensary is operated by the inmate in charge.
"There are many pharmacies. Indeed, there are drug warehouses there, drug heaven there. It's even like Texas in America. In fact, it's safe to use drugs. Wherever you want to be fast, it's safe", he said.
Anwar said methamphetamine is an item that is easy to obtain when compared to marijuana. "Maybe it's because of the size, the gele (marijuana) is big. If you can pocket the meth, you can mix it inside the house too. Each block has a pharmacy", he added.
He said the price of methamphetamine in the prison was around IDR 100,000 for the small size. Meanwhile, marijuana per small roll with a mixture of tobacco is IDR 20 thousand
