Ganjar Pranowo: Megawati Creates Many History, She Deserves The Title Of Honorary Professor

JAKARTA - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo commented on the awarding of an honorary professor title from the Defense University (IDU) to the Central Executive Board (DPP) Chairperson of the PDI Party, Megawati Soekarnoputri this afternoon, Friday, June 11.

According to Ganjar, the 5th president of the Republic of Indonesia is very deserving of the award. Because, he said, Megawati was not only Soekarno's biological child but also the proclaimer's ideological child.

"Not only biological, but she is also the ideological child of Bung Karno. The party leader and the first female president of the Republic", said Ganjar Pranowo, quoted via his Twitter account @ganjarpranowo, which was uploaded Thursday night, June 10.

He said Megawati has also given birth to a lot of history. So the embedding is very appropriate.

"So much history that she gave birth to. And conferring the honorary title of professor is very worthy of being pinned to her", he wrote.

It is known that the 5th President Megawati Soekarnoputri will be accompanied by her three children when she is inaugurated as an Honorary Professor at the Indonesian Defense University (Unhan). They are Mohammad Rizki Pratama, Mohammad Prananda Prabowo and Puan Maharani.

The sons and daughters of the General Chair of the PDI Party will witness the awarding of the title of Honorary Professor in the Red and White Hall of the Defense University, Bogor, West Java, today or Friday, June 11 at 13.30 p.m. local time.

"Tatam, Nanan, and Puan will attend the inauguration of Megawati's title. Ms. Puan is also present in her capacity as Chair of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI)", said PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto in a written statement.
