Not Accepting His Father Being Beaten, The Son Reply With 4 Stabs To Death

JAKARTA - A man with the initials DW (34) died after being involved in a fight with DD (30) in Johar Baru, Central Jakarta.

Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro said the incident began when the victim hit the perpetrator's father with the initials J (67) because he was used to urinating carelessly.

The victim's actions were discovered by the child, or perpetrator, so he did not accept the victim's actions. The perpetrator then attacked the victim who had previously hit his father.

The perpetrator attacked the victim with a knife until the victim fell covered in blood. The victim received 4 stab wounds of sharp weapons in the back. The victim was rushed to Johar Baru Hospital, but his life could not be saved.

After receiving the incident report, members of the Johar Baru Police immediately arrested the perpetrators along with evidence.

"Evidence of a stainless knife with a wooden handle is 40 cm long," said Kombes Susatyo when confirmed, Monday, December 1.

The team also processed the crime scene and examined a number of witnesses so that the legal process ran smoothly.

"We urge residents to remain calm and submit the resolution of the problem to the police. We will take firm action against any acts of violence according to the applicable law," he said.

Currently, the perpetrator is still undergoing examination at the Johar Baru Police detention cell and is already languishing in a detention cell.

"The perpetrator was charged with Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution that resulted in death, with a maximum prison sentence of 7 years," he said.
