Convinced That The Reshuffle Happened, PKB: The President Has Said Something Is "Dablek"

JAKARTA - Chairman of the PKB faction of the DPR RI, Jazilul Fawaid, believes that President Prabowo Subianto has pocketed the name of the minister who will be reshuffled.

However, he does not yet know when the cabinet reshuffle will take place.

"How come I see that he is already in his pocket. It's just a matter of when, the moment may be there will be a reshuffle," said Jazilul when met after a public discussion event entitled The National EV Electric Car and Battery Industry in Jakarta, Thursday, February 6, was confiscated by Antara.

If Prabowo has said there is a minister who is "dablek", said Jazilul, there is already a person in question.

"If the President has said someone is "dablek", I'm sure there is," he said.

Jazilul further said that the cabinet reshuffle was the president's prerogative. Therefore, he respects whatever Prabowo's decision is.

"That is Pak Prabowo's authority as president. That is his prerogative, he can replace his ministers at any time," said Jazilul.

On Wednesday, February 5, President Prabowo Subianto warned that their ministers and heads of government institutions would be replaced (reshuffle) if they did not work properly.

"The people demand a clean and correct government, who works properly. So, I want to enforce it. The interest is only for the nation, the people, there is no other interest, who do not want to work really for the people, so I will get rid of it," said President Prabowo in response to reporters' questions related to the Red and White Cabinet reshuffle after the peak of NU's 102nd Harlah commemoration in Jakarta.

Prabowo emphasized that he would not tolerate playing state officials.

"We will not hesitate to act. The first 100 days, yes. I have given the term warning many times. Now, who is stubborn, who is old, who doesn't want to join this big stream, with the demands of the people, a clean government, that I will take action!" said the President.
