Two of the victim's colleagues then went down to Post 6 to look for a telephone signal to report the incident.

"The report was received by the Manado Search and Rescue Office at 21.50 WITA, which immediately deployed the Manado Basarnas Rescue Team," he said.
The SAR team then moved to the scene and arrived at around 22.00 WITA. The victim was found safe even though he was in a weak condition and was immediately evacuated.
"The victim was then handed over to the family who had been waiting at the location, accompanied by Airmadidi Police personnel to ensure the process of handing over the victim to the family," he added.
"This evacuation shows the importance of vigilance when climbing, especially in the face of uncertain weather conditions," said Nuriadin.
