Minister Nusron Says Four Officials Have Been Examined Regarding The Issuance Of SHGB And SHM Tangerang Sea

TANGERANG - Minister of ATR / Head of BPN Nusron Wahid revealed that currently his party has carried out an examination of four land office officials in the Tangerang area regarding the issuance of a Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) and a Certificate of Ownership (SHM) regarding the sea fence in Tangerang.

He explained that of the four land office officials who were examined, namely the Head of Land, Section 1 Head and Section 2 Head and the Head of Land, which at that time was the replacement process. The inspection occurred because they were the ones who handled SHGB.

"What is clear is that the Kakantah at that time served. I can't mention names. Anyway, the position is only," Nusron told reporters at Tanjung Pasir Beach, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency, Friday, January 24.

However, he did not explain in detail the results of the examination and development of the violation of the SHGB issuance. However, Nusron only ensured that he would impose strict sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations, if violations were found.

"If in the Land Law where we do not exist, the term fine is not there. If in our place it is a crime, if there is a sanction, the sanction is yes, maybe this is for our officials the name is maladministration. Because it is considered not prudent and not careful," he explained.

The examination process was carried out by the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP). Now they are still investigating, to find out the alleged violations committed internally.

"And that's our APIP, our Inspectorate has checked, it's been four days being investigated. All related parties have," he said.

Previously, Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid said the 30.16 kilometer sea fence in Tangerang waters, Banten had a Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) and a Certificate of Ownership (SHM).

He said that the number of Building Use Rights (HGB) certificates reached 263 fields in the names of several companies to individuals.

He mentioned HGB certificates in the name of PT Intan Agung Makmur as many as 234 fields, and on behalf of PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa as many as 20 fields. Then on behalf of individuals as many as nine fields. Then, Nusron also mentioned that there are 17 parcels of Ownership Rights (SHM).
