Brigadier AKS Police Killer Expedition Driver In Central Kalimantan Shoot 2 Times Victim's Head

PALANGKA RAYA - The public prosecutor of the Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office confirmed the reconstruction of the murder of an expedition driver with the initials BH by Brigadier AKS twice in the head.

"Of the 41 scenes made by the suspect, AKS shot twice in the head. The shooting was not close, there was a distance, one behind the head and one at the top," said Central Kalimantan Attorney General Dwinanto Agung Wibowo as reported by ANTARA, Monday, January 6.

Although the scene was engineered by investigators from the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the Central Kalimantan Police, his party has not yet received a copy of the investigation report (BAP) from investigators.

However, when he witnessed the reconstruction, his party had also obtained an overview of the case where the scene was carried out within the scope of the local Police Headquarters.

During the reconstruction, the suspect MH was also presented, while Brigadier AKS had also been fired by his leadership at the Palangka Raya Police because he was a local police officer.

"Indeed, in the reconstruction there was a difference in perception between AKS and MH, but this is only a natural thing, because that is their respective opinion," he said.

At the same location, the Head of Public Relations of the Central Kalimantan Police, Kombes Police, Erlan Munaji, said that the reconstruction carried out by the Central Kalimantan Police Ditreskrimum investigators was part of an investigation to complete the investigator's file and facts at the crime scene (TKP).

"There are a number of scenes to ensure that the incident with the same BAP. Even now, the investigation process is still in progress so that this case can be completed," he explained.

Erlan added, in this case his party will do it professionally, according to the rules and in a transparent manner so that the public knows the process as well as possible.

"We continue to be committed in this case to be carried out professionally, law enforcement must be carried out properly so that Central Kalimantan becomes a safe area and avoids criminal acts that can harm the community," said Erlan.

Currently Brigadier AKS is in good health and the person concerned is being held at the Central Kalimantan Police Headquarters Detention Center, while his colleague MH is being held at the Palangka Raya Police Detention Center in good health.

Based on data compiled by ANTARA, Brigadier AKS is a member of the Palangka Raya Police who was dishonorably dismissed (fired) as a result of the alleged shooting of civilians and stealing his expedition car in Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan.
